Massage is the manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance the function and promote relaxation and well-being. The word comes from the French massage "friction of kneading", or from Arabic massa meaning "to touch, feel or handle" or from Latin massa meaning "mass, dough".

Danielle graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Everest College of Windsor in 2011, and has sense worked collaberatively with other RMTs, Chiropractors, and Physiotherapists. Danielle takes great pride in delivering educated deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

Danielle is completely dedicated to her clients and their care, and strives to help them reach their wellness goals. Her truest passion is to encourage and promote the body's own natural healing abilities through massage. Danielle has a vast anatomical and bio-mechanical knowledge allowing her to tailor her treatment plans to the exact needs of her clients.

She is also trained in Ashiatsu massage, Indian head, Therapeutic taping, Thai Hot Stem massage, Cupping and Hot Rock massage. Danielle is constantly researching and continuing her education in different modalities and treatment styles to make sure she is constantly delivering the best care possible.

Relaxation Massage
The massage consists of the therapist applying gentle to medium pressure of the hands to the body, gently manipulating the tissue to promote relaxation. It is not a deep tissue massage. It is not designed for working the deeper muscles of the body, but just a gentle kneading and rubbing of the outer layers of the body tissue
